Rules for Entry:

You must have a waiver on file with the CEPL or fill one out when you get to the park. If you are under the age of 18 you must have your waiver signed by YOUR parent or legal guardian. Those under the age of 18 must bring a NEW waiver signed by your parent or guardian each time you attend an event.

Field Layouts:

• Field layouts will be released by Feb 12th.

 

Schedule:

Saturday

• Schedules will be posted once registration closes
• Once prelims have concluded, semifinals and finals will resume after a 30 minute lunch break.

Registration

3 man Young Guns $125.00 Per/Team Entry (includes air)
registration after March 14th = $150.00
Birth Certificates are required for the first event that young guns participate in.

3 man Beginner $200.00 Per/Team Entry (includes air)
registration after March 14th = $235.00

You must have an CEPL ID card through APPA. more information
Price for APPA ID card increases by $10 if purchased after March 14th.
You must have your APPA ID in your possession for each event. If you've lost or misplaced your ID card contact us prior to the event to have it replaced. A replacement fee will apply. contact us

Registration closes Thursday, March 25th.

We will have 2 divisions: 3-man Young Guns and 3-man Beginner.
Players found to be playing in the wrong division or "sandbagging" will cause their entire team to be disqualified.
Bring Your Own Paint (Paint discounts for pre-ordered paint)
While this tourny is BYOP, Pink and Red fill paintballs are NOT allowed. Monster brand, Impact and Stryker paintballs are also NOT allowed. Anyone found to be breaking these rules will forfeit the game and or tournament.

While these events are BYOP, thanks to the folks at Draxxus we will be offering Draxxus paint for a discounted rate per case for tournament participants.

Photography
Photographers will be in attendance to take pictures of the event. See registration booth for more details.

Saturday - 3-man Beginners and 3-man Young Guns
7:00 a.m. Gate Opens
7:45 a.m. Captains Meeting
8:00 a.m. Team Check-in
8:30 a.m. Games Begin

Each division will complete their tournament on the day that they are scheduled. No games will carry over to the following day.

*If you are under the age of 18 you must have your waiver signed by YOUR parent or LEGAL guardian.
*IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YOU MUST BRING A NEW WAIVER SIGNED BY YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN EVERYTIME YOU ATTEND AN EVENT.
*If this is your first time to CEPP please fill out a waiver prior to arriving at the park. This will help expedite registration.
*Everyone must have some form of valid Photo I.D.
